All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has left our warehouse.

Shipping Method & Destinations

We currently offer Standard Shipping to most domestic regions. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight/dimensions. Please note that we do not offer free shipping promotions at this time.

Delivery times for Standard Shipping typically range from 5 to 10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they are subject to carrier performance.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. If you do not receive this email within 3 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us at [email protected].

Shipping Address Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is complete and accurate. Quilltron is not liable for packages lost, delayed, or misdelivered due to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer. If you need to correct an address, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We can only modify the address if the order has not yet entered the fulfillment process.

While we strive for timely delivery, events outside our control (such as severe weather, carrier delays, or customs hold-ups) may occasionally impact delivery schedules. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
